Some safer ways to invest in Crypto

If you really want to get in to Crypto, these are the safer ways but ALL come with risks!

All investments come with risk! Crypto is still in the very "Wild Wild West" stages and has very little, to no regulation. This opens the space up to many bad actors who WILL take advantage of those who do not know what they are doing!

DEX vs CEX: Decentralized Exchange vs Centralized Exchange
The beauty of crypto is the "Decentralized" aspect but that requires a seasoned crypto trader, if you are just starting your crypto journey then a Centralized Exchange lowers your risk of exposure to scammers. Remember the scammers are still out there and they can take advantage of you, even on a CEX, but the odds of this happening via a CEX are a lot less likely.

Here are some of the bigger more trusted Centralized Exchanges, but do remember that ALL investments come with risk, including losing ALL of the money that you invest. This list is just a list of the more user friendly and trustworthy exchanges for beginners. All crypto comes with risk and I'm sure that scammers also have ways of scamming you via them as well.

Exchanges

Anything beyond this and you are taking a big big risk. If you do not know what you are doing then please proceed with caution! There are many bad actors that will reach out via various social media sites, IM programs and even dating sites! They are all bad actors, they are trying to take your money!
BLOCK THEM - do not engage!
